Sewing: Gracious Nomadic Women's Group

Learning to sew is empowering. It can be miles to the nearest town to buy clothes and school uniforms. While sewing for personal needs is valuable, it can also lead to a tailoring business and a source of income for woman. The Foundation is providing sewing machines and instruction on machine operations, maintenance, and fabrics in rural areas at the village scale.

We're excited to introduce Gracious Nomadic Women's Group who received a grant to purchase sewing machines. The project aims to support women and empower them economically and socially. Advocating for women’s rights and economic empowerment, we are including inclusivity of all genders to help them grow and develop self reliant communities.

We are currently working tirelessly to support more self-help groups in this community. Our goal is to help them become self-employed, providing a sustainable path out of poverty and towards a brighter future. Every contribution brings us one step closer to transforming lives.
